Chief radish

Every day starts with my “List of Six” the six things that matter most. I check them off, move things forward, and keep the chaos in check.

If I weren’t running radish, I’d probably be teaching or coaching helping people get it, not just get through it.

I’m a straight talker. Always have been. You’ll know where you stand, and that’s exactly how I like it

Tax radish

Joined the team in 2011 and currently supervises client accounts, performs tax planning and tax preparation.

He loves being able to help clients understand the financial side of their business! His favorite place to vacation is by the ocean! 

Away from work he likes to garden, and you may run into him at his favorite Mexican or Indian restaurant.

A fun fact about Bryn…he and his 5th grade choir class cut a record!

The best advice he’s ever received:  make the decision, you can always make a different one after. 

If he could have any superpower…it would be to fly!

Payroll radish

Joined the team in 2011 and currently manages the payroll department and runs payrolls.

Her desk runs on sticky notes…when a task is completed, it comes down…and then it’s onto the next one.  Simple, steady and done…

Kim enjoys her job and likes working with family.  Her favorite spot is at the beach with a good book. 

A fun fact is that she used to be a synchronized swimmer.  Outside of work she loves scrapbooking and gardening. 

The best advice she’s ever received: Just because you like something or want something…it doesn’t mean other people want that exact thing-open your mind to others. 

If she could have any superpower…it would be the ability to grant wishes!

Admin radish

Joined the team in 2019 and currently manages “everything radish”!  This includes daily office tasks, answering phones, greeting clients, managing calendars, ordering supplies, accounts payable, and assisting with special projects-especially during tax season.  She likes the new challenges that each day brings…and enjoys learning and growing.  She likes being part of the supportive family feel at radish. 

Her favorite vacation spot is Moab, Utah!

An interesting fact about Krissi is that she is afraid of heights.  You might bump into her at her favorite restaurant- In and Out Burger.  Outside of work she enjoys sourdough bread baking…which she shares with the office. 

The best advice she’s ever received: “Two ways but together” …people have different ways of doing things, but are better when they can work together. 

If she could have any superpower…it would be to go back in time!

Bookkeeping radish

Joined the team in 2019 and currently manages the bookkeeping process, client accounts, prepares tax projections and tax returns. He finds his work rewarding and appreciates the friendly & collaborative work environment at radish.

His favorite place to vacation is in the mountains!

A fun fact is that he likes to cook new recipes each month for friends & family! 

Away from work he likes to play board/video games, and watch hockey & rugby.  He has been known to follow a poor round of golf at his favorite Asian restaurant!

The best advice he’s ever received: prior planning prevents poor performance. 

If he could have any superpower…it would be teleportation!

Payroll Processor radish

Joined the team in 1997 and currently processes payrolls each week.  She appreciates that she has a system she follows to ensure that every detail lands on time.  She enjoys working with her supervisor and likes that each day she is busy and engaged. 

Her favorite place for vacation is Europe. 

A fun fact you should know about Jeri is that she loves Dachshunds and chocolate! 

In her spare time, she enjoys crosstitching. 

The best advice she’s ever received: Don’t burn your bridges. 

If she could have any superpower…she wouldn’t, because she doesn’t believe in them!

Bookkeeping radish

Joined in team in 2021 as an intern and converted to Full Time in 2023.  She performs monthly bookkeeping in accordance with G.A.A.P. (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).  She creates and analyzes financial reports, completes sales tax and assists with client on-boarding. She appreciates radish because each day is different and she enjoys working with her co-workers.  

Her favorite place to vacation is at the beach. 

A fun fact you should know about her is that she played Division 1 Soccer at the University of Northern Colorado.  She loves trying new restaurants and favors Italian and Mexican cuisine. 

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family, working out, golfing and traveling. 

The best advice she has ever received: Don’t rush through life to get to the next thing…enjoy where you are at. 

If she could have any superpower it would be Teleportation so she could travel anywhere at anytime.

New business radish

Joined the team in 2025, after being a client for 25 years. She is dedicated to connecting business owners with our highly skilled team.  Her goal is to help offer the peace of mind surrounding their finances so they can focus on growing their business.  She loves being a part of the radish “team” and believes it is our teamwork that helps our clients. 

Shelly’s favorite vacation spot is Kauai, Hawaii and calls it her home away from home. 

A fun fact that you should know is that she is a Colorado Native. 

Her favorite food is Mexican…and really likes La Loma! 

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with friends and family golfing, hanging out, or traveling. 

The best advice she’s received: It beats a poke in the eye with a sharp stick (be grateful for what you have). 

If she could have any superpower…it would be to fly!

Bookkeeping radish

Joined the team in 2025 and currently handles monthly transactions and reconciliations for her clients.  She loves that numbers are black and white and can’t lie, and she takes care of the details, so her clients don’t have to worry.  She enjoys the pace, the flexibility and the morale of the radish team. If she wasn’t working in accounting, she would be an Egyptologist…still digging for answers and analyzing data. 

Her favorite place to vacation is Kauai, Hawaii. 

A fun fact to know about Shantel is that she is originally from California and met her husband within 24 hours of moving to Colorado. 

Her favorite cuisine is Mexican food!  Outside of work she likes to bake, and she enjoys being a dance and gymnastics mom! 

The best advice she’s ever received: “Life moves pretty fast.  If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it!” 

If she could have a superpower, it would be time travel.
