I am Barb Gay, the owner of radish accounting. I started working as a receptionist at this firm in 1984 when it was called Watson & Company. I fully appreciate the importance of history as I am part of it. I also believe that we have to continue to adapt and grow with how we manage our money.
In business, we learn as we go. I continue to grow each day and. now I coach other business owners to do the same.
My career path was defined early on when a high school accounting class sparked an immediate, enduring interest in the field. My passion for accounting continues to this day!
My roles have been many! From receptionist, administrator, and food order-taker for the staff…To payroll advisor then payroll manager. I became a tax advisor, then the tax manager. I was team event organizer and a client advisor. I’ve done Every job at this place! I am deeply proud of our company’s history. Our collective experiences are here to support you.
