Let me introduce myself- I am Barb Gay, and I have been the owner for 39 years *

I started at Watson in 1984 as the receptionist and bought it in 2003. My understanding of business started early from high school business accounting class to joining Watson in 1983 and then doing EVERY role in the business, and I mean all of them.

    If I weren’t running radish, I’d probably be teaching or coaching helping people get it, not just get through it.

    I joined Radish in fall 2025, but I’ve been on the client side for more than 20 years. This team kept my real estate business calm and on track bookkeeping, payroll, taxes, the works.

    Now I help other business owners feel that same ease. You run your business. We’ll handle the numbers.

    In my day I make sure that I am understanding each piece of work completely.  I love that numbers are black & white and can’t lie. I must fully stand on the first step before moving to the next.   

    If I wasn’t in accounting I would be an Egyptologist. Still digging for answers and analyzing data.

     Clients know I will worry about the details, so they don’t have to.  I won’t be able to sleep if even the smallest things don’t line up to tell the whole story and make perfect sense.
